Placement Training
Bridge Course
- All the departments offer bridge course to familiarize the students with the subject basics. The bridge course is aimed to act as a buffer for the students, with an objective to provide adequate time for the transition to their main/core subjects. Students will be groomed for their foundation subjects. During these sessions, students can grasp an overall view about a particular subject and thereby entering into that semester with great confidence.
- This gives them a breather, to prepare themselves before the commencement of the first year examination. Through this course, the students will be equipped with knowledge and confidence.
Communication English
- In order to motivate and help the students in language improvement. Our teaching staff from the department of English used to take classes for all first year students. We are doing this to help the students to see the value in their studies, in a meaningful way and also to strengthen their communication skill. Through these classes, we also imbibe good values in them by making them enact moral-oriented stories and also prepare them to face the test in the English language like IELTS, TOEFL which help them to get clear ideas about those examinations. Students can experience an amazing change in their spoken and written. Apart from this class-room teaching, our language lab acts as the state of the –art language learning solution that increases opportunities for students to personalise learning and enhance their communication.
Placement Training
- Apart from exposure to student to discuss with elites, learning from their experience and knowledge, training is imparted using career lab and Aptitude lab.
- Our college established an excellent well-defined placement cell named VIVEKA placement cell since placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become a challenging task
- If our placement cell is enriched with motivation quotes with framing visual images apt to the quotes.
- In today’s dynamically changing competitive market, building an effective career strategy becomes imperative. The placement cell of the college assists the students by providing career Guidance’s, placement preparation Sessions from first year onward.
Interview Techniques
- Placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goal of students. It is the dream of every student to get placed in organization visiting our campus for recruitment keeping this key aspect into consideration and to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placements.
- Placement cell creates awareness about “career planning” and “career mapping” among the students.
- Placement Cell organized various training programs to train the students in the areas of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal reasoning through the reputed external training organizations.
- Training the students on group discussion techniques which makes to do with confidence.
- Equipping the students with life skills to face the interview with courage is an important aspect interview technique.
Soft Skill
- The soft skill training programmes enable the students to gain professional knowledge to excel in the workplace. Good soft skills, which is, infact, scarce in the highly competitive corporate world, will help the students stand out in a milieu of routine job seekers of mediocre skills.
- In this highly competitive job market, employers seek candidates with highly desired professional traits like teamwork, dependability, adaptability, problem-solving and communication skills.

CV Presentation
- Students are trained to present their CV as a perfect one which results in getting the students into interviews; also it makes them get an idea of their own personality and character.

- Training the students with excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to adapt to teaching one-on-one and presenting to large groups.
- Innovative lesson planner ,adept at assessing the training needs of students at various skill levels and adjusting training programs to fit those needs.
