Faculty Orientation Program
The faculty orientation programme conducted on August 2018, November 2018
Had eminent speakers bringing in a great realm of knowledge to the teaching fraternity. Our college has always been a strong support in enriching the faculty skills through orientation programs and eminent speakers. Faculty orientation programme has been organized for both the teaching and non-teaching faculty.
The luminary speakers who gave an extensive lecture were Dr.Raman and Mr.Shanmuganathan ji about personality development.
Development and the faculty members enjoyed the whole session by learning the effective teaching and an intensive intuition with the students.
Shanmuganathan ji’stalk was about intuition with the National integration and how the people should treat others equally. These orientation programmers gave innovative ideas and methods as teachers are committed and capable people who are responsible to build competitive individuals who are going to be outstanding human beings.
Counselling Achariya Kendram
When harmful thoughts like anger, greed, depression, frustrations are removed ,human personality gets shaped and understands parent’s love and sacrifice
Regular sharing and caring, counselling by guiding acharyas help the students to free themselves from their ‘mental blocks’ and go beyond their small boundaries and focus on their future prosperity with total clarity
The counselling cell is formed to rectify problems on the issues of depression, stress and pressure. Effective Psychological Guidance given by well trained sanyasin sisters helps the students to perform well in the academic subjects.
Well experienced ashram sisters, dedicate their heart and soul for moulding the girls. Their motherly care and counselling, group discussions on various social issues, cultural inputs through imparting the heritage of our country help the girls to strengthen their emotional stability.
Well Pre-planned, scheduling and allocated resources are instructed to maximize their efficiency to make themselves to give a consistent growth.
The skill set of employees plan their event and to include scheduling out staff for the event, also a plan of what the in charges should use the needed materials ,a entry note to give out the materials and budgeting for everything.
They help us as a part of project management is all about doing more with less. Nobody likes waste, especially when they do their work as service.
